I am writing to tell you about "Noodles & Company," a fast food restaurant with a tip-less serving environment. I was there only yesterday with my wife and we both found a good meal to eat. I am always happy when KK, a vegetarian, finds a meal to her liking whenever we go out to eat.
Noodles & Company serve three kinds of dishes - American, Mediterranean, and Asian. They serve sandwiches, soups, noodles, and salads. Even though a lot of the items looked appealing, I ended up trying their "Japanese Pan Noodle," with a bottle of wheat beer. The noodle was thick and stir fried with brocolli, shiitake mushroom, sesame in sweet soy sauce and garnished with fresh sprouts and cilantro. It makes me water just remembering the savory taste. KK took a stab at Thai Curry soup, which I believe was rice noodle cooked in coconut milk with spinach, cabbage, mushrooms, tomato, and red onion. Although she liked it quite well, she would have preferred the soup without any sort of sweetness to it. She usually likes her soup salty and lemony.
The restaurant is definitely worth a visit, with a very reasonable price, a good selection of dishes, and a quick service all in a tip-free environment.
Bon appetit.
